The service
Fair Measure is a nutrition tracking and estimation tool. It helps organize information you provide and may produce estimates or summaries. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a qualified health professional.
Your responsibility
Review AI-generated estimates before saving them, use your own judgment, and do not rely on Fair Measure for emergencies or clinically important decisions. You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device and account secure.
AI features and fair use
AI features are optional and may be subject to availability, provider limits, fair-use limits, and changing model behavior. Do not use managed AI to automate or spam requests, evade limits, or submit information you do not have the right to submit. Your own AI provider is governed by that provider's terms.
Health information
Apple Health access is optional and controlled by you. Fair Measure does not guarantee that a HealthKit read or write will succeed or that a nutrition estimate is medically appropriate.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including AI providers and subscription offerings. Apple App Store terms apply to purchases made through Apple. We may update these terms when the service changes.
